Sara Trail, M.Ed. has an extensive background in education and has worked with many neurodivergent individuals, primarily those with developmental disabilities. Since earning degrees from UC Berkeley and Harvard, Sara has continued to serve and advocate for neurodivergent individuals in navigating their housing, education readiness, and employment opportunities.

Stephanie Valencia establishes strategic partnerships with local Bay Area employers that can offer customized jobs consistent with employment objectives of participants. She works with closely with the CES Team to provide training, support and career plan management to ensure successful placement and retention for our clients. Stephanie earned her BS from Weber State University and is motivated by individuals’ rights to have equal opportunity and access.

Angelus Misigaro is an ACRE certified employment specialist. He is passionate about fostering inclusive workspaces and empowering clients to achieve sustainable employment and career growth. Angelus has successfully assisted clients in developing job search skills, enhancing workplace communication, and advocating for accommodations that promote success in various work environments.

Rick Felix is an ACRE certified employment specialist who has been working with neurodivergent individuals in residential and community settings for over 3 years. He is enthusiastic about helping people explore their skill sets and interests. Rick works closely with our clients in finding successful employment matches with potential for long term job retention with employers from local communities.

Cedric Tanner is an ACRE certified employment specialist who is responsible for providing job training and coaching. Cedric is passionate bout inspiring individuals to reach their full potential by helping them develop the tools they need to be successful. He is an expert in identifying employment-related barriers and creates specific, practical strategies to address and remove those barriers for our clients.

Anthony Gladney is an ACRE certified employment specialist with extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals in navigating the employment process. Anthony specializes in creating tailored strategies that address the unique strengths and challenges of individuals with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurodivergent profiles.
