Connected Employment is a person-centered employment program that empowers neurodivergent individuals and their support systems with knowledge about employment options. Additionally, we offer staff training and provide support to navigate employment related resources. We have values rooted in individual care, access, and equity, and we work diligently to create support systems and work with people, not for people.

Join us April 30th for a Free Training!

Join us for a transformative workshop designed for staff providing supported living services (including group homes, ILS and SLS) to help neurodivergent individuals become work ready. This session focuses on key areas essential for personal and professional success, including: 1) tools and activities to be completed at home that build workplace skills, 2) establishing routines that increase employment retention, and 3) providing guidance and resources for transportation to ensure smooth commutes. This workshop trains and provides tools for staff to help individuals build confidence and gain greater independence towards employment.
