Connected Employment is a person-centered employment program that empowers neurodivergent individuals and their support systems with knowledge about employment options. Additionally, we offer staff training and provide support to navigate employment related resources. We have values rooted in individual care, access, and equity, and we work diligently to create support systems and work with people, not for people.

Register for an engaging workshop exploring employment options for individuals with developmental disabilities. Participants will learn about the different types of employment options—including competitive integrated and customized employment, paid internships, and more—as well as the supports and funding routes available through the Regional Center system. Whether you're supporting someone just starting out or looking to expand existing opportunities, this training will clarify the full range of possibilities and how to access them.

Connected Employment recently completed a 9-week entrepreneurship program with over 30 participants, guiding them from foundational business skills to launching their own ventures. The cohort culminated in a market event on May 14th, where participants showcased and sold their products, gaining real-world experience in sales and customer service.
